Important: The 30-day period begins from the date of your original purchase, not from the date of license activation.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your xlChart+ license will be deactivated
  • You will no longer have access to the add-in features
  • Any data or settings within the add-in should be backed up before requesting a refund

6. Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all refund requests, please note:

  • Refunds are only available within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund per product
  • Refunds cannot be processed for purchases made more than 30 days ago

7. Renewal Subscriptions

For annual subscription renewals:
